Welcome to Winter Garden OBGYN. Our doctors Jeanmarie Texier and Autumn Elms are here to help you with all of your obstetrics and gynecology needs.
Dr Jeanmarie Texier

Dr. Texier grew up in West Orange County. She went to West Orange High school and Rollins college and USF college of medicine for medical school and residency. Once her training was complete, she returned home to practice medicine. Originally, Dr. Texier joined a larger obgyn group out of Lake County. Although she loved her partners and midwives, the size of the practice did not allow for the close patient relationships she wanted to cultivate.
An opportunity in 2017 led to the ability to start Winter Garden OBGYN as a solo physician practice. While Winter Garden OBGYN has grown since last year, we welcomed Dr. Elms, the vision is to remain a small practice. Dr. Texier wants Winter Garden OBGYN to be a practice where we know all our patients and can tailor care to the individual patient.
In her spare time Dr. Texier enjoys spending time with her family and her fur kids. She also enjoys tending to her garden and traveling. She speaks English and Spanish and is working to learn French as well. She loves working in the community she grew up in.
Dr Autumn Elms

Dr. Autumn Elms was born and raised in Oklahoma. She attended the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine. In 2010 she became a Floridian when she moved to Orlando to complete her OBGYN residency at Winnie Palmer Hospital. After residency, she joined a private practice in Celebration, Florida for two years. Due to her passion for teaching, in 2016 she rejoined her residency alma mater as faculty. While at Winnie Palmer, she was part of the Morbidly Adherent Placenta team, performing high risk cesareans; the Tiny Baby Collaborative, with focus on optimizing the intact survival of periviable births; and the monthly Morbidity and Mortality meeting for the residency. Now that she is back in the private world, she plans on taking her experience and love for teaching to her patients.
Dr. Elms has been married to her high school sweetheart, Dr. Luke Elms (General Surgery) for 16 years. They have two beautiful children, Tucker and Ellie. In her free time, Dr. Elms enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and staying fit. Her favorite way to exercise is doing aerial silks which she has done for 10+ years.
